After we spent time with the executive director James DeMaio, we were totally impressed and knew we made the right decision. He took his time explaining everything. I left there totally relieved that everything would be handled to my satisfaction. Jim and Bryan went above and beyond our expectations. Both are very caring and kind. I received a call from Jim regarding my mom's hair and makeup. I said to him her hair has never been gray or long like it is presently and she only wore lipstick. The day of the viewing we couldn't believe how beautiful my mother looked. Her hair and makeup were so natural. Family and guests were so impressed. Jimmy & Staff are extremely professional & take great pride in their work. Our dad passed 3 years ago & our mom recently passed. We were grateful the facility was available for our mom’s viewing. Special attention was paid to all our requests. My mom looked beautiful & peaceful. She looked as if she had just returned home from a wedding & went to sleep. Her hair & makeup were done to perfection, very natural. I can’t praise Jimmy & his staff enough for their attention to detail, care & kindness.
