William J. Baranowski, Jr

William "Billy" J. Baranowski, Jr, died peacefully on Saturday, August, 24, 2024. Born in Elizabeth, NJ he was raised by his grandparents, Josephine and Boleslaus Baranowski. Billy was a tractor trailer driver with Teamster Union Local 701 for over 30 years.  He retired in 2018. If any one had a question about union rules, Billy was the guy to see. He played by the book. Billy was a member of the Somerville Elks for 12 years. Billy also enjoyed reading the sports page and analyzed all the football games in great detail.  Billy is survived by his beloved wife Patti; and doggie, Petey. Billy will be sadly missed by many friends and family members; Sam, Mike, Cole, Ava Knitowski, David, Angel, Ayssa, Celia, Eva, Jessica Graziano and Rich Sramek. A celebration of his life will be held at the Somerville Elks at a later date. Arrangements are by the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
