Thomas H. Lesinski, Sr.

Bridgewater – Thomas H. Lesinski, Sr., 83, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023 with his family by his side. Tom was born in Somerville and was  raised in Manville before calling Bridgewater home. He was a carpenter with the Local 455 in Somerville for over 30 years and a veteran of the US Navy, serving during the Korean War. In his spare time, he enjoyed hiking locally with his loving family, especially with his cherished brittany spaniel, Neptune. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.  

Thomas is predeceased by his loving wife of over 55 years, Jeanette Lesinski, who passed in 2019.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving children, son, Thomas H. Lesinski, Jr. and wife, Emily of Middlesex; daughter, Laura Kasica and husband, Edward of Bridgewater; grandchildren, Julia, Nicholas, William, Margaret, Eileen; siblings, Shirley Zabawa, Patty Alesandro, Lillian Minarovich and Fran Delesky.

Visiting hours will be held from 5-8PM, on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Prayers will be said 9AM, Thursday, Feb 16, 2023 at the funeral home followed by a 10AM funeral mass at St. Bernard Church in Bridgewater. Burial will be held at St. Bernard Cemetery.
