Susan Morrison Dencklau
March 2, 1950 – February 3, 2025

Susan Morrison Dencklau, a devoted wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully at Care One on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the age of 74. She was surrounded by the love of her family as she went to rest.

Susan is survived by her son, Jason Dencklau, her brother, Dale E. Morrison, and his wife, Deborah. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of many years, Albert Dencklau, her brother William F. Morrison,III,  and her parents, Eleanor E. (Grube) Morrison and William F. Morrison.

Born in Easton, PA, on March 2, 1950, Susan graduated from Easton Area High School in 1968 and went on to earn an associate's degree from Northampton County Community College in 1970. She worked for Rutgers University for many years, retiring in 2011.

Susan was a long-time member of Evangel Chapel Church in Bridgewater, New Jersey, where her kindness, generosity, and spirit touched many lives. She loved bringing joy to others, whether by hosting gatherings at her home or sharing her infectious smile and laughter wherever she went. Susan was an avid crafter, finding joy in making jewelry with beads, shopping, and cruising the seas.

Her memory will be cherished by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her warmth and spirit will be deeply missed by all who crossed her path.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 9-11AM at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
