Steven C. Yadlosky

Steven C Yadlosky, 39, passed away unexpectedly December 22, 2024 at Robert Wood Hospital Somerville, NJ. He grew up in Raritan and Bridgewater, and graduated from Bridgewater Raritan High School. He completed an Associate Degree from Raritan Valley Community College where he honed his passion for music playing bass in the Jazz Band.

Steven worked in the hospitality industry in New Jersey and New York City. Outside of work, he loved cooking for friends and family. He kept up a family tradition of arriving at celebrations with a surprise seafood treat and preparing it with dramatic effect.

Steven enjoyed snowboarding, fishing and being in nature. Most of all he loved the company of his friends and anywhere he could join in playing music – from his Friday night band to random jams and playing on the porch with neighbors.

His mother Kathryn Weidener and stepfather Peter Szego, brother Daniel Yadlosky, sister-in-law Kaitlin, and his niece Allison and nephew Adam survive him. He was pre-deceased by his father Dale Yadlosky.

A memorial service will be held at Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 on January 19, 2025. Visiting hours are from 2-4:30pm with a service and remembrances at 3:15pm.
