Salvatore N. Sinibaldi, Sr.

Salvatore N. Sinibaldi Sr, 77, of Bound Brook, NJ passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Capital Health Trauma Center in Trenton, NJ. Sal was born April 6, 1943 to Clara and Nicholas Sinibaldi and was raised in Bound Brook, NJ. Sal married his wife, Marie, of 56 years and they remained in Bound Brook where they raised their three sons. He later moved to Bayville, NJ in 1994 after retiring before settling in Monroe, NJ in November 2018. Sal worked for Ethicon in Somerville, NJ for over 30 years, retiring in 1994 and then in Berkeley Township at Cedar Creek Golf Course, until retiring in 2012. He was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather (Pop-Pop), Brother, and Uncle. Sal loved nothing more than spending time with his family, especially his wife, sons, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. Sal especially loved spending time with his dogs, most recently his beloved, Clara. His hobbies included cooking, boating, fishing, and frequenting garage sales, flea markets, and Atlantic City.  He recently added painting to his list of hobbies.  Sal was known to help anyone in need at a moment’s notice and expected nothing in return.

Sal was predeceased by his wife, Marie C. Sinibaldi, in August 2020 and his youngest son, Christopher E. Sinibaldi, in March 2020. He is survived by his two sons, Salvatore N. Sinibaldi Jr. and his wife, Paula of Bridgewater, NJ and Mark Sinibaldi and his wife, Kimberley of Bridgewater, NJ; six grandchildren, Taylor, Gabrielle, Connor, Luke, Abigayle and Justin; sister, Rosemarie Burke of Bridgewater, NJ and brother, Anthony Sinibaldi and his wife, Carol of Tucson, AZ; one niece, Joan Muldoon and three nephews, Robert Burke, Andrew Sinibaldi and Gerry Sinibaldi; daughter-in-law, Monica Plescho-Sinibaldi of Lacey; Brother-in-law Emmett Capanna and his wife Mary Eleanor of Bridgewater, NJ and many other nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 Main St, Bridgewater, NJ.

Services will be held Friday, September 18th, 2020 as follows:

Visiting hours will be held from 9am to 11am at Bridgewater Funeral Home

A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11am at St. Joseph’s Church, Bound Brook, NJ

Followed by burial at Bound Brook Cemetery immediately following mass. 

**Masks are required at and during all services. **
