Somerset- Rosemary C. Fried, 79, died peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Foothill Acres in Hillsborough. Daughter of the late Frederick and Rose Roberts, Rosemary was born in Passaic and lived many years in Lyndhurst before moving to Canal Walk in Somerset in 2020. Rosemary worked as a computer programmer for ADP in Roseland retiring in 2009. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved son, William A. Fried and husband, Erik Freifeld; daughter, Susan Marie Thebeau; grandchildren, Lisa Gimenez and James Thebeau; and sisters, Catherine D’Amore and Alice Powell. Visiting hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Monday, August 29, 2022 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held 10AM on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at the funeral home followed by entombment at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge.
