Obituary

Ronald J. Dallmann

Ronald J. Dallmann, 85, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Brighton Gardens of Mountainside. Ronald was born in Riverside to the late Edward and Elizabeth Dallmann and was raised in Burlington City and is formerly from Beverly before residing with his son and family in Bridgewater. Ronald was a corrections officer for over 35 years for Wagner Correctional in Bordentown, NJ. He was an avid sports fan especially football. He will be sadly missed by family and friends especially those who knew him for his sincere and loving heart. Ronnie was a very kind, loving and generous father, someone you could always count on, someone who would listen and support you in every way. He was also a very private person, who always put others before himself. To honor his character, we want to put everyone’s wellbeing and safety first, and decided not to hold a funeral at this time. We truly appreciate and thank you for your kind words and thoughts during this difficult time for our family.

He is predeceased by his loving wife, June Dallmann.

Ronald leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving son, Hank Dallmann and wife, Tatiana, and grandchildren, Julia and Joshua. He also leaves behind his sister Renee and husband Michael Cinelli, his brother Richard and wife Phillys Dallmann, as well as an extended family of Jenkins and friends like his exceptional neighbors Maureen and Loretta who all shared many, many barbeques together.

Private services were under the direction of Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
