Martinsburg, WV- Robert A. Meyer,82 entered heaven peacefully early Friday, January 01,2021 at the Berkeley Medical Center.  Bob was born in St. Peter’s hospital, New Brunswick N.J.  He grew up in  North Plainfield, N.J.

Robert was affectionally referred to as Bob to all that knew and loved him.  Bob  worked as a supervisor at David Standard, formally Egans  Machinery In Bridgewater N.J.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents August and Elizabeth Meyer, as well his in- laws John and Connie Hope and his beloved special, granddaughter Charlene.

Bob leaves behind to cherish his memory the family he loved completely., his wife, Fredericka;   his children,  Robert Meyer, Jr.  of Bridgewater NJ,  Scott and Maria Meyer, of Warren, NJ.,  daughter, Hope Meyer of Martinsburg,WV;  and  his ten adoring grandchildren;  and great- granddaughter, Hannah. 

Visiting hours will be held from 3-7 PM on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. A prayer service will be held 6:30 PM on Tuesday during the visitation. Burial will take place 10:30 AM on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.
