Robert B. Hudson

Robert Hudson, Sr., 86, passed away on Monday, October 6th, 2025 with his loving family by his side at Bridgeway Senior Healthcare in Bridgewater, NJ.  Born in Owensboro, Kentucky,  he raised his family in Westwood, NJ.  He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in mechanical engineering and worked at Western Union and Motorola throughout his long career.  

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Hudson, his two children, Robert Hudson, Jr. and his wife Christine,  Patricia Maloney and her husband John, his beloved grandchildren, Samuel and Lilah Hudson, and Jack and Elizabeth Maloney, and his siblings Herb and John Hudson and Julianna Klein.  

Services will be private.  Donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
