Mildred (Millie) DeFrancesco Grayovski passed away October 13, 2022.  Millie was born in Hazleton, PA on March 29, 1929. She was the youngest of six children. After her father passed away while she was still a teen, she was forced to quit high school and get a job in order to provide for her mother and herself. She and her mother moved to New Jersey to be nearer to her sisters, a brother and their families. There, she met her husband, Walter Grayovski of Raritan, NJ.  She was a hard worker, working well into her 60s. 

She was a devoted and loving wife to Walter, residing in Bridgewater, NJ until his passing of cancer in 2008. As well as a devoted and loving mother to her children, Michael of Bridgewater, and Linda (and son in law Robert) of Cary, NC and grandsons the pride and joys of her life, (“my little boys” in her words), Matthew of Morrisville, NC, Andrew of Cary, NC and Zachary of Cary NC as well as many extended relatives.   

In her free time, she was a passionate reader, a good mystery novel by James Patterson was her favorite. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching game shows and going to church halls to play bingo.   

She was a huge supporter of Saint Jude Children’s Hospital. If you would like to honor her life, please send a donation to the Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.   

A memorial gathering will be held from 10AM to Noon at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, with a prayer service at noon.
