Maury L. Binkley

Somerset- Maury L. Binkley, 73,  passed away at this home in Somerset on January 7, 2021. Maury was born and raised in Somerville, to the late Mark and Florence Binkley and is formerly from Bridgewater before moving to Somerset in 2018. Maury was a proud Army veteran with the Wolf Hounds, 25th Division during the Vietnam War. He was a draftsman for many years with various companies, including Research Cottrell in Bridgewater.  Maury was an avid gun collector, military history and classic car enthusiast.

He is predeceased by his loving wife, Alice M. (Creteau) Binkley who passed in 2016.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Keith S. Binkley and his wife, Michele, grandchildren, Travis, Darren, and Skylar; brother, Warren Binkley; brother-in-law, Rich Creteau and his wife, Mary, and Ron Creteau and nephew, Ryan Creteau and his wife, Amy.

Visitation will be held from 4-7PM on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held at 10AM, Wednesday at the funeral home followed by burial at Bound Brook Cemetery.
