Mary Jo Foster

Mary Jo Foster passed away at her home on the night of July 21rst 2021. She was born in Somerville on March 23rd 1970 and was a lifelong resident of Bound Brook. She became a loving mother to Katie Cassebaum August 27th 1986. She was married to her husband John F Foster July 15th 1989. Mary Jo was a lover of all things animal. She spent a good portion of her life caring for hurt, sick, and unwanted animals loving them with all of her huge heart. She was a loving caring person who was very protective of her dear friends and family. She was very outspoken and was not afraid to show the world who she was. She worked as a bartender/cook for #1 Bar of bound brook for many years.
She was predeceased by her parents Gerald & Catherine Cassebaum of Bound Brook, her husband John F Foster of Bound Brook, and sister Lori Apfel of Bridgewater.
She is survived by her loving daughter Katie Cassebaum of bound brook, her boyfriend Brian Callahan of Manchester Township, sister Judy April of Bound Brook, sister Marie Cassebaum of Bound Brook, sister Catherine Csuha of Bound Brook, brother Mark Cassebaum of Somerset, sister Margaret Morrison of Maryland, brother Gerald Cassebaum of North Carolina, and sister Donna Hnasko of Bound Brook.
She is also survived by her loving fur babies, her cats Poppie Chulo and Jerry Jerry of Bound brook.
She lastly is survived by many many loving nieces nephews and in-laws.

Visiting hours will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
