Marilouise Mongillo

Raritan- Marilouise Mongillo, 93, died peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2023. Daughter of the late Nicholas and Lillian Richard, Marilouise was born and raised in Jersey City, then moved to Raritan 40 years ago. She worked for the Jersey City Police Department as a crossing guard for many years. She joined hands in marriage on January 6, 1951 to her  beloved husband, Samuel Mongillo, who died in 1990. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Richard Mongillo and wife, Michelle of Branchburg, Nancy Olson and husband, Raymond of Raritan; and grandson, Nicholas Olson and fiance, Lindsay Clayton of Hopatcong. Visiting hours will be held from 4-7PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held 10AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at the funeral home followed by burial at St. Bernard's Cemetery in Bridgewater.
