Biography

Marguerite "Peggy" Eustace
Marguerite "Peggy" Eustace, 80, died peacefully in her home on Friday, September 10, 2010. Daughter of the late Earl and Grace Luby, Peggy was born and raised in Troy, NY. Peggy was married to Lester Eustace in the chapel at the Chi Phi Fraternity in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and moved into campus housing at Rensselaerwyck. This was a time in her life that she cherished and spoke about fondly. Peggy went on to raise her children in Troy, NY, Elwood, IN, St. Louis, MO, Huntington, NY and eventually settled in Bound Brook, NJ, where she resided for 40 years. She recently relocated to Somerset Run in Somerset, NJ. Peggy was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her dear family and friends. She was a member of the Bound Brook Elks Ladies Auxiliary, The Women's Literary Club of Bound Brook, and was a communicant of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Bound Brook, NJ.
She is predeceased by her husband, Lester J. Eustace in 1989 and her grandson, Jamieson Damianos in 2006. Surviving are her seven children, Jill Damianos and her husband George of Lyford Cay, Bahamas; Jan Adamchak and her husband Mike of Berlin, MD; Joyce Harrington and her husband Kevin of Clinton, NJ; Lester Eustace and his wife Lark of Brattleboro, VT; David Eustace and Lori, of Clinton, NJ; Jack Eustace and his wife Debbie of Annandale, NJ; Richard Eustace and his wife Melissa of Middlesex, NJ; her cherished grandchildren, Mikhail Adamchak, Nicholas Damianos, Caitlin Adamchak, Brandon Eustace, Casey Eustace, Jamie Harrington, Leslie Harrington, Courtney Eustace, Cason Carlson, Brittany Eustace, Ryan Eustace and Will Eustace; her great granddaughter Anna Adamchak; her brother Kevin Luby and two sisters, Arlene Baker and Cheryl Waters.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 13, 2010, from 4PM-8PM at the Bridgewater Funeral Home in Bridgewater, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Bound Brook, NJ on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 9:30AM. Burial will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook, NJ.
