It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Mary Killough announces her passing after a brief illness on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the age of 100 years old.

Margaret was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on July 24, 1922 to Thomas and Mary Stewart.

She was a lifelong resident of South Bound Brook where she raised her six children. She was an amazing grandmother and spent much quality time with her grandchildren. Her and her husband Richard delighted in helping raise all the grandchildren. In later years, she moved to Pennsylvania where she continued to enjoy her family and friends. This year she celebrated her milestone “100th” birthday with all her loving family and friends.

She was predeceased by your husband, Richard Killough and her son, Richard Killough and her sister, Helen Cunniff.

She is survived by her children; Regina MacNeer, Robert (Sally)Killough, Raymond (Gina) Killough, Rita Simonetti and Rosemary (Keith) Weigman. Grandchildren; Dawn, Kristine, Ray, Bobby, Craig, Ryan, Kelsey Rose, Keri Lynne, Rachel and Lauren. Great grandchildren; Jarrett , Tianna, Janessa, Joelle, Joey, Gabe, Jesse, Mara, Riley, Harley and Annellie. One great -great grandchild Ariella.

She is also survived by her sister, Mary Gorka, and many nieces and nephews as well as many family and friends who loved her dearly.

Visitation will be held from 2-4PM & 7-9PM, on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at the funeral home followed by burial at Bound Brook Cemetery in Bound Brook, NJ.
