Bound Brook- Margaret M. DeSantis, age 81, entered eternal rest peacefully on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Daughter of William and Mary Valkos, Margaret was born in Pittston, Pa moving to Bound Brook 60 years ago. Margaret was a homemaker. She enjoyed helping others and spending time with her family. Margaret is survived by her husband William, two sons, William Jr. of Middlesex, Gerald and his wife Jennifer of Myrtle Beach. SC, a daughter Lorraine Donlin and her husband John of Middlesex, and a sister Lorraine Valkos of Bound Brook. She is also survived by her six grand-children, Kimberly, Brooke, Jeffrey, Jon, Jason, Emily, and her eight great-grand-children, Elijah, Anthony, Justin, Camren, Jayden, Ty, Abigail, and Rebecca. Prayers will be said at 8:30 am Monday, March 31, 2008 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street. Bridgewater, followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, Bound Brook. Margaret will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough. Visitation will be Sunday, March 30, 2008, from 2-4 & 7-9 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the Adult Care Center of Somerset County, 120 Finderne Avenue. Bridgewater. NJ 08807.
