Bridgewater- Lynn Cotty, 66, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Daughter of the late Frank A. D’Alesandro and Mary Ann (Cardillo), Lynn was born in Somerville, and lived in Hillsborough before moving to Bridgewater 40 years ago. Lynn was a CAT Scan Technician for JFK Medical Center in Edison for over 30 years retiring in 2017. She was an avid homemaker and enjoyed decorating, gardening, and family gatherings. In addition, she also enjoyed taking trips to the Jersey Shore. She is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Gregory J. Cotty; sister, Kim Petzinger and husband, Louis of Manville; brother, Robert D’Alesandro of PA; 4 nephews; and a great- niece and great-nephew. Visiting hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. A prayer service will be held 6:30 PM at the funeral home during the visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
