Bridgewater- Lucy M. Delacruz died peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Care One at Somerset Valley Rehab in Bridgewater. Daughter of the late Salvatore and Mary DeFrancesco, Lucy was the youngest of 10 and was born in Altoona, PA and moved to Bridgewater in 1986. Lucy was an administrative assistant for CoWorx Staffing in Watchung. She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church in Bridgewater. Lucy enjoyed gardening, cooking, walking and most importantly being with her family of whom she loved very much.

She is predeceased by her siblings, Frank, Pat, Joe, Sam, Anthony, and Rose. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 56 years, Thomas Delacruz; children, Thomas and wife Carol, Joseph and wife Deborah, James, Vincent; 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Carl; sisters, Ann and Mary.

Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Prayers will be said 9 AM at the funeral home followed by a 10 AM Mass at Holy Trinity Church in Bridgewater. Burial will follow at St. Bernard’s Cemetery.
