Branchburg- Lorraine Stanis, 89, died peacefully on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Care One in Bridgewater. Daughter of the late Charles and Rose Cunningham, Lorraine was born in Elizabeth, and lived most of her life in Raritan before she moved to Branchburg. Lorraine worked for 50 years as a dental assistant for Dr. Skowronck in Somerville. She is predeceased by her husband, Stanley Stanis and her brother, Sunny Cunningham. Lorraine is survived by her beloved son, John C. Langel and wife, Donna of Bridgewater, Michael Langel of FL; brothers, Ronnie Cunningham of Edison, Richard Cunningham of Bethlehem, PA; grandchildren, Jonathan, Gina, Kristy, Kimberly; and 4 great-grandchildren, Jordon, Brionna, Autumn and Joseph. Visiting hours will be held from 10AM until 11:30 AM with a service beginning at 11:30AM on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Burial will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park in Basking Ridge.
