Katherine Nancy Boegershausen

Katherine Nancy Boegershausen, 84, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at the Eastern Star Home in Bridgewater. Daughter of the late Thomas Quincy and Elizabeth (Czado) Kinney, Katherine was born in Somerville, raised in Bridgewater, and resided in Finderne for most of her life. Katherine was a graduate of Somerville High School, and after years of living in Heidelberg, Germany, and San Francisco, CA, she returned to Bridgewater where she met her husband Carl Heinz, a New Jersey resident from Hamburg, Germany. Katherine was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Somerville for thirty-seven years, and worked for sixteen years in international billing for AT&T in Bedminster, retiring from a managerial position in 2001. She was predeceased by her husband Carl Heinz Boegershausen, siblings Thomas Van -Marter Kinney, Barbara Marion, and Joyce Ford, and is survived by her children Burton Felice, James Wright, and Sharon Carlaine Boegershausen, and her siblings Rose Kinney, Dr. Richard “Duke” Kinney, and Nancy Gamblin and husband, J. Bradford. 

Services will be held 11AM, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Somerville, New Jersey.
