John Mroz

Manville – John Mroz, 80, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, November 29, 2024. John was born in Manville to the late Thomas and Pauline Mroz. He was a lifelong resident of Manville, graduating from Manville High School. John was also a US Army Veteran and a proud bricklayer for over 39 years for Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Local 26 of Bordentown, NJ. In his spare time, John enjoyed spending time with his family especially at the holidays cooking and baking.  John loved golfing and watching his grandchildren in dance recitals, cheer, football, and baseball games. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

John is predeceased by his brothers, Thomas Mroz, David Mroz, and Paul Mroz.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of  56 years, Sharon (Lisay) Mroz, children, Matthew Mroz, Jennifer Jannone and her husband, Greg, Bryan Mroz and his wife, Florence, and Alissa Mroz, and grandchildren, Emma Grace, Tyler John, and Adisyn Sharon Mroz.

Private services were entrusted to the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
