James A. DiSalvo

Middlesex-James A. DiSalvo, 80, passed away on December 18, 2023 at RWJ of Somerset. James was born in Bound Brook to the late Angelo and Phyllis DiSalvo and was a lifelong resident of Middlesex. James was a Bound Brook High School Graduate, Class of ’61 and a US Army Veteran. He was employed for over 30 years for Mack Truck in Bridgewater and later Allentown, PA, retiring as a Purchasing Agent Buyer. In his spare time, James enjoyed couching Little League and Babe Ruth League. He was a member of the Middlesex Borough Recreational Commission and enjoyed trips to AC. James will be greatly missed especially by family and friends who he loved spending time with and whom he enjoyed watching his favorite sports teams with, the NY Yankees and NY Giants.

James is survived by his loving wife of over 44 years, Sandra DiSalvo; sons, Michael DiSalvo and his wife, Nicole, Joseph DiSalvo, and Daniel DiSalvo and fiancé, Corie Tamburri; grandchildren, Madison, and Luca DiSalvo, and siblings, Robert, John and Thomas DiSalvo.

Visiting hours will be held from 4-8PM, on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM, on Friday, December 22, 2023 at the funeral home followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
