Galo R. Gutierrez

Middlesex - Galo R. Gutierrez, 81, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at RWJ in Somerset surrounded by his family. Galo was born and raised in Mulalillo, Ecuador and immigrated to the United States in 1974. He was a welder for many years retiring over 15 years ago from Concast in Branchburg. In his spare time, he loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. Galo will be greatly missed.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of over 62 years, Enma Gutierrez, children, Nancy Gutierrez, Galo H. Guttierrez, Amparo Gutierrez, Orlando, Gutierrez and Walter Gutierrez, nine grandchildren, and 6 great grand children.

Visiting hours will be held from 5-8PM, Friday March 1, 2024 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.  A funeral mass will be held at 9AM on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at St. Joseph Church in Bound Brook. Entombment will be held at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
