Middlesex- Frederick J. Bowe, 70, died on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Son of the late Frederick H. and Mary T. Bowe, Fred was born in Edison and lived most of his life in Middlesex. He was an avid car enthusiast and car collector. He was a member of the Jaguar Touring Club, and received many awards for his 1991 Jaguar XJS. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Sara E. Salazar; step daughter, Lucia C. Yrupailla (Miguel Perez); and step-grand daughter, Sarah. He was predeceased by his brother, Richard W. Bowe in 1992. Visiting hours will be held from 5-8 PM on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held 9:30 AM on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the funeral home followed by burial at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in South Plainfield.
