Somerset – Frank Pirella, Jr., 84, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at RWJ of New Brunswick. Frank was born in Staten Island, NY to the late Frank and Mary Pirrella, Sr. He was raised in Staten Island, NY and resided there for many years, before moving to Somerset in 2004. Frank was a US Navy Veteran. He was employed for many years for Pfizer, retiring in 1998 as a maintenance manager. In his spare time, Frank enjoyed bowling, softball, bocce ball, billiards, poker, golf and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

He is predeceased by his siblings, Joseph, Peter, Jasper, Catherine, and Anthony Pirrella.

Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of over 63 years, Diane Pirella; children, Steven Pirella and his wife, Kathy and Denise Taylor and her husband, Gregg; and grandchildren, Matthew, Alyssa, Danielle, Mark and Brendan.

Private services will be held under the direction of Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
