Elizabeth D'Angelo

Elizabeth "Betty" D'Angelo, 81, of Somerset, passed away peacefully at home on June 5, 2025.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Betty was the beloved daughter of the late Frank and Margaret Conaty. She spent most of her life in Brooklyn before moving to the Renaissance community in Somerset 20 years ago.

Betty was predeceased by her devoted husband, Joseph D'Angelo, in 2020, as well as her brothers, Joseph and Frank Conaty. She is survived by her loving daughters, Deidre Canellas and her husband James of Midland Park, and Nancy D'Angelo of Somerville. She was a cherished grandmother to Matthew, Christopher, and Amanda, and is also survived by her dear sister, Margaret White of River Edge, NJ.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church in South Bound Brook. Entombment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mercy Church, South Bound Brook, NJ.
