Eleanor C. Rudy

Bridgewater – Eleanor C. Rudy, 94, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Eastern Star Home in Bridgewater. Eleanor was born in Newark, NJ to the late Frederick and Edith Stoehr and resided in Southampton NJ, before moving to Bedminster in 2019. She was employed at Sears Roebuck in Watchung for over 25 years. In her spare time Eleanor enjoyed sewing, baking, but most importantly spending time with her family.

Eleanor is predeceased by her loving husband, Joseph Rudy and daughter, Suzanne Aklus. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved sons, James Rudy, and Thomas Rudy and his wife, Nancy along with her grand and great grandchildren, and many cherished loved ones.

Visiting hours will be held from 10-12PM, on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807 with a prayer service at 11:30AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to New Jersey Eastern Star Home, Bridgewater, New Jersey
