Bridgewater- Dorothy Nowalsky, 82, died peacefully on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Bridgeway Care Center in Hillsborough. Daughter of the late Leo and Helen Nowalsky, Dorothy was born in Bayonne and lived most of her life in the Finderne section of Bridgewater. She worked as a supervisor for Gow-Mac in Bridgewater/ Bethlehem, PA. She was a faithful communicant of Christ the Redeemer Parish in Manville; member of the Finderne Fire Ladies Auxiliary, was an avid cat lover, enjoyed to cook, and enjoyed music and dancing and attending the Music Festival in Bethlehem, PA. She was predeceased by her son, David Monteleone; and brother, Ronald Nowalsky. She is survived by her children, Deb Knitowski and husband, Michael of Myrtle Beach, SC, Raymond Booth of Bridgewater, Jennifer Seabolt and husband, David of Stewartsville; ; grandson, Michael Knitowski and wife, Sam of Raritan; and great-grandson, Cole. Visiting hours will be held from 3-6 PM on Thursday, September 8, 2022 with a 5:30 PM service at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
