Diane M. Menone

Diane M. Menone, 61, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 surrounded by her family at RWJ of Somerset in Somerville. Diane was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Joseph and Regina Tevlin. She was raised in Brooklyn, NY before moving with her family to North Plainfield, NJ in 1969. Diane graduated from North Plainfield Highschool in 1982. She resided throughout Somerset County before making Middlesex, NJ her home for over 28 years. Throughout her career Diane worked for various companies, most recently she was the manager of accounts receivable for Madsen and Howell of Perth Amboy. Diane was fortunate enough to have many lifelong friends. She enjoyed dining out, traveling, and supporting local community organizations.

She is predeceased by her loving husband, Andrew Menone, who passed in 2018, and siblings, Jean Marie Mactye, and Joseph Tevlin.

Diane leaves behind her beloved sister, Gerene “Gigi” M. Tevlin-Moffat and her husband, Rick, sister-in-law, Diane Tevlin, brother-in-law Douglas Mactye, Sr., nephew Douglas Mactye, Jr., and niece Olivia Moffat to cherish her memory.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5-7PM, on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807 with a celebration of life at 6:30PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Animal Rescue Force of East Brunswick or to the Joseph F. Tevlin Annual Scholarship Fund as organized by the North Plainfield Lions Club.
