Debra L. Santangelo

Flemington- Debra L. Santangelo, 64, died peacefully at home on Friday, August 27, 2021 with her family by her side. Daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Williamson, Debra was born in Teaneck, NJ. Debra was raised and lived in Perth Amboy before moving to Flemington 25 years ago. Debra was a graduate of Kean University, she then went on to get her teaching certificate and taught English for the East Brunswick School System. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 40 years, David J. Santangelo; children, Dana L. Santangelo of Hoboken, Kyle R. Santangelo and wife, Alexandra DeCicco of Aberdeen; brother, Harold Williamson and wife, Joann of Sewaren; and sister-in-law, Susan Williamson of Woodbridge. She was predeceased by her brother, Bruce Williamson in 2020.

Fiercely loyal, generous and loving.  No one took more pride in her family than she did. She was a caring mother, a true friend and a loving wife.  We will miss her ever day but she will always remain in our hearts and memories.

Visiting hours will be held from 10am-11:30am with an 11:30am funeral service on Monday, August 30, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Bridgewater.
