Deborah M. Berko

Deborah M. Berko, 55, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

Born in Somerville to the late Kenneth and Josette Hrabovecky, Debbie was a lifelong resident of Bridgewater. She was a proud 1987 graduate of Bridgewater-Raritan High School West.

For many years, Debbie worked in customer service at LabCorp in Raritan, where she was known for her kindness and dedication. Outside of work, she was an avid bingo player and took great pride in keeping her home immaculate. She loved decorating, shopping with her daughter, and cherishing time with family, close friends, and her beloved "fur babies."

Debbie was predeceased by her brother, Kenneth Hrabovecky. She is survived by her devoted husband of 25 years, Gregory A. Berko; her loving daughter, Gillian A. Berko, and her companion, Tim Ashton; her niece and nephew, Jessica and Andrew; her lifelong friend, Lisa Sapp; close friend, Carolyn Best; and her cherished dogs, JoJo and Hazel.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.

Debbie's warmth, laughter, and unwavering love for those around her will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
