Bound Brook- Carmine DeCicco, 89, died peacefully on Friday, April 2, 2021 at RWJUH in New Brunswick. Son of the late Antonio and Rosaria (Scarinzi) DeCicco, Carmine was born in Vitulano, Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1965. Carmine settled in Bound Brook and made it his home for over 55 years. He worked for Union Carbide in Piscataway.  Carmine was an avid fisherman, enjoyed gardening and making wine. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Angela (Orlacchio) DeCicco of Bound Brook; children, Rosario DeCicco and wife, Anna of Manalapan, Antonio F. DeCicco and wife, Marie of Hillsborough; grandchildren, Angelina, Francesca, Giulianna, Michael, Nicole, Christopher; brother, Pasquale DeCicco and wife, Pauline of FL; sisters, Letizia Meola of South Bound Brook, Merceda Esposito of Italy, and  Elena Fusco of Italy. Visiting hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Prayers will be said 9 AM at the funeral home on Thursday, April 8, 2021 followed by a 10 AM Mass at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church in Bound Brook. Burial will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery.
