Ayzaiah Covert, 3, passed away at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Visiting hours will be held from 4-6PM, on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St., Bridgewater NJ 08807 with a funeral service at 5:30PM.

Cremation will be held privately.
