Anna Jackowska

Manville – Anna Jackowska, 77, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at home with her family by her side. Anna was born in Jedrzejow, Poland to the late Zygmunt and Apollonia Maksymiuk. She immigrated to the United States in 1990 where she resided in Manville the past 34 years. Anna was employed for Somerset Medical Center for many years as a house keeper, retiring in 2011. In her spare time, Anna enjoyed spending time with her family.

Anna is predeceased by her husband, Zdzislaw Jackowski, who passed in 2013 and brother Alexsander Maksymiuk who passed in 2023.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving children, Dariusz Jackowski and his wife, Bozena, and Anetta Janczak and her husband, Wojciech; grandchildren, Amanda Krol, Olivia Janczak, Agnieszka Jackowski and Marc Russo, and Michael Jackowski and his wife Victoria; great- grandchildren, Julian, Sebastian, Celina, and Eliana.

Visiting hours will be held from 5-7PM on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Prayers will be said at 8AM on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the funeral home, followed by a 9AM funeral mass at Sacred Heart Church in Manville, NJ. The burial will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ.
