Ann Lehberger

Ann M. Lehberger, 87, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Born in Newark to the late Frank and Vita Imbesi, Ann lived in Union before moving to Branchburg in 1978. She was a devoted mother and homemaker who raised her children before going back to work at AT&T in Basking Ridge to complete her over 20 year career as an administrative assistant, retiring in 1994. Ann enjoyed spending time with her family above all, vacationing at the beach in Wildwood and was a proud grandmother who took care of her grandchildren in their younger years at any chance she could. 

Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband, Arthur G. Lehberger, in 2021. She is survived by her children, Arthur J. Lehberger and his wife Ann Marie of Bridgewater, Paul A. Lehberger of Branchburg, and Jonathan S. Lehberger and his wife Lisa of Bridgewater. Ann also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren—Andrew, Jack, Emily, Allison, and Matthew—as well as her loving sister Mary Rufolo and brothers Charles and Joseph Imbesi.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visiting hours from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 AM at the funeral home, with interment at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth.
