Angel Manuel Quinones

Clinton - Angel Manuel Quinones, 72, passed away on September 5, 2021 at Morristown Medical Center. Angel was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico to Manuel and Herminia Cintron. He resided in South Bound Brook, NJ before moving to Clinton, NJ. Angel was employed for Concrete Trucking, Inc. in Somerville for over 50 years, retiring as a supervisor. In his spare time, Angel enjoyed spending time with his family, playing with his grandchildren, traveling, baseball, and collecting rare coins. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Angel is predeceased by his parents Manuel and Herminia Cintron; siblings Carlos, Ruth, and Enrique.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of over 52 years, Awilda (Cortes) Quinones; daughters, Wanda Quinones and husband Rick Perez, Michelle Quinones and husband Jeremy Solis, Arlene Quinones Perez and husband Jose Perez; grandchildren, Christopher, Jaimy, Evann, Jaden, Akayla, Lia, Elynn, and Eastonn; and sibling, Eneida.

Visitation will be held from 2-4PM and 7-9PM Thursday, September, 9, 2021 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Prayers will be said 9AM, Friday, September 10, 2021 at the funeral home followed by a 10AM funeral mass at St. Joseph Church in Bound Brook. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
