Alfred F. Fleury

Alfred F. Fleury, 94, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. Son of the late Alfred and Barbara Fleury, Al was born in Rockville Center, NY and lived many years in Valley Stream, Long Island. He then moved to Malvern, PA before settling in Bridgewater, NJ in 1969. He was a Master Sgt. in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a longtime businessman in the Welding Supply Industry. He retired in 2002 as general manager at Tempil Division of Big Three Industries, Inc. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia A. Fleury in 2015; daughter, Sandra Adams in 1996; granddaughter, Jakki Ussia in 2011; and his siblings, Evelyn, Harriet, and Ronald. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved children, Steve A. Fleury (Doreen) of Hillsborough, Michele E. Hurry (Tom) of Somerdale; grandchildren, Matt, Alex, Cayla; and great-grandchildren, Taylor, Joanna and Axel. Visiting hours will be held from 4-7PM on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will be held 10AM at the funeral home on Thursday, November 30, 2023 followed by burial at Bound Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Macular Degeneration Foundation
