Mildred D’Alessandro

Bridgewater- Mildred D’Alessandro, 90, died peacefully on Friday, December 13, 2013 surrounded by those she loved. Daughter of the late James and Lena DeCicco, Millie was born in Raritan and lived in Somerville 27 years before moving to Manahawkin in 1984. Millie was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her husband and family, helping friends and spending time at the shore. Millie is predeceased by her husband Ralph who died in 1990. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved children, Ralph D’Alessandro and fiance Barbara Cremer of Piscataway; Linda Hart and husband Donald of Bridgewater; grandchildren, Colin and fiance Courtney, Taylor and fiance Daria and Eric; and great-grandson Brennan; siblings, Phyllis Cochilla of Raritan, Michael DeCicco of Basking Ridge, James DeCicco and wife Shirley of Beach Haven, Anthony DeCicco and wife Pat of Raritan and many loving nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 from 5-8 PM at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Funeral services will take place 10AM on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home followed by Burial at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Bridgewater.
