Raritan- Marjorie K. Ewing, 81, died peacefully on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Rehab at River's Edge in Raritan. Daughter of the late Harry Thame  and Hilda Prendergast, Marjorie was born in Highgate, Jamaica in the district of Richmond and the parish of St. Mary on May 9th, 1936. She lived in Ohio for many years before moving to NJ. She worked as a unit clerk at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio for 30 years retiring in 2002. She was an extraordinary woman, mother and God loving believer. A lighthearted soul who believed that the greatest gift one could give was in providing service to one another. She is survived by her children, Nina M. Ewing, Samuel D. Ewing, Gary A. Ewing and Gregory G. Ewing. Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
