Bushkill, PA- Joyce Dugan, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 15, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Stroudsburg. She was born in Brooklyn to the late Royal and Marion Fietz and raised in Queens, NY and formerly of Staten Island before moving to Bushkill, PA with her daughter. Joyce was employed for HB&L in Queens for over 25 years. She will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Joyce is predeceased by her loving husband, William Dugan, who passed in 2008.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Kathleen Voelkl and husband, Joseph, Timothy Dugan and wife, Rosie, William Dugan, and wife, Kathy and Michael Dugan and wife, Caroline; loving siblings, Lois Pellettiere, and William Fietz, ten grandchildren and five great-grand children.

Visiting hours will be held from 8:30-10:30AM on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 E. Main St. Bridgewater, NJ, 08807 and will conclude with a funeral service at 10:30AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Clover Leaf Memorial Park in Woodbridge.
