Manville- Frances Britt, 61, died on Wednesday, December 29, 2019. Daughter of the late Richard M. Johnson and Patricia (Loftus), Frances was born in Queens, NY and lived most of her life in Manville. Frances worked in the medical field as nurse aide. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her and will be remembered as someone who truly loved life, and putting her grandchildren before herself. Her grandchildren where her pride and joy. 

She was predeceased by her husband, James Britt in 2016; and her siblings, Patricia Johnson, Michael Johnson, and Ricky Johnson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Eugene Johnson and wife, Laura of Branchburg, Joseph Allen and wife, Laura of Flemington, Franklin Allen of Manville, Teresa Schutz and husband, David of PA; 14 grandchildren; and siblings, Rosanne Gazaway of Manville, John Paul Johnson and wife, Renee of Washington, Joan Johnson of Pemberton, James Johnson of Manville, and Doreen Moshier of Staten Island, NY; and many extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held from 4-6 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
