My deepest sympathies and condolences. Mike was the true definition of a friend and sportsman. When he beat you in golf you felt like you won. Never a time your drink reached empty when he was in the bar and if he met you once or saw you everyday he made you feel like a million bucks. He epitomizes all that was right about comraderie and inclusion and made us all want to be just a little bit better. My very best to you Arlene and to your whole family.

My sympathies, I had the absolute pleasure of knowing Mike throughout Jr and Sr. High and long after that. He was a man that was kind and generous and you always knew where you stood with him. My greatest memories were playing football with him in Football at WHS and what an intense competitor he was on defense he was our glue at Middle Linbacker and we all got energy from Mike. Nothing sticks out more than he galvanized our defense in our State Championship and his spirit lead us to a 7-6 win . Dagger all the best in heaven....

An Irish Blessing for our dear departed friend:

"Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free!
I followed the plan God laid for me.
I saw His face, I heard His call,
I took His hand and left it all...
I could not stay another day,
To love, to laugh, to work or play;
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss...
Ah yes, these things I, too, shall miss.
My life’s been full, I’ve savoured much:
Good times, good friends, a loved-one’s touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief—
Don’t shorten yours with undue grief.
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow,
Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow."

Love, Keith, Joanne, Alex and Justin

My sincere condolences to Mike's family during this difficult time. I've know Mike since we were children in Pop Warner Football, through school and high school years and the many occasions of WHS reunion gatherings. Always a kind, friendly man...he will be missed by many. May god bless you and rest in eternal peace my friend.

My condolences to the Dolly family. I have only been working with Mike in the past year, to help my teenage son start a clothing line/business. Mike was always so helpful, patient, and understanding on my son's smaller orders and changes.

God bless you during this difficult time.

Mike Dolly was the hardest working man I have ever known. Unlike all of our other friends, Mike and I had a very different and strong bond because both of our parents were not born in America. Mike's parents were born in Ireland and my parents were born in Poland. So Mike had an enormous amount of respect for my parents and I had the same amount of respect for his parents. And now all four of them are up in heaven. I remember when Mike was still in junior high school, he would deliver the morning Star-Ledger newspaper everyday to our entire neighborhood. He carried his papers in a shopping cart and I wonder where he got it from. My father would always say hello to him every morning and I remember Mike's face smiling from ear-to-ear when he talked to my father. And my father absolutely loved Mike because of his work ethic and manners. I mean this is what it is all about man. Look, it doesn't matter how much money you got or the car you drive or the house you live in. It's how people remember you that counts. God Bless Mike Dolly .. God Bless Ireland .. God Bless Poland .. And God Bless the USA !! This is Andy R. Take care to y'all. Peace.
